Tips for Motion Sickness Prevention

Motion sickness is primarily caused by the disturbance of the inner ear by repetitive movement. This can cause nausea, vomiting or dizziness during car, bus, train, boat or plane rides. Here are some great tips to lessen and maybe even prevent motion sickness.

Although most of these tips are common sense, keep them in mind right before a trip and it will turn out to be more pleasant.
